Free Rain Products

 

The Program is open to all Rain Customers in good standing (hereinafter “Participant(s)”). All Participants must be the age of majority. By participating in the Program, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions contained herein, which are final and binding. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The Company has the sole discretion to review, audit, withhold, extend, postpone, or terminate the Program at any time with or without notice. All orders will be verified and must be completed. Any returns will be deducted from the accrued CV and QV.

The program to earn free Rain products commences July 10th, 2019 Rain Customers will be able to personally refer another customer within the Rain system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To qualify, a Customer must:

• Must make a complete initial order when creating their customer account;
• Personally enroll 3 customers whom all had a completed order in the calendar month;
• Customers must be at unique addresses.

REWARDS:

For each 3 new personally referred customers the referring customer will receive:

• One-third (1/3rd) of the preferred/wholesale cost of the product purchased to be used as credits towards Rain products.

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO EARN FREE RAIN PRODUCTS

With orders that consist of multiple items, only the single highest-cost product in the order will be used for the earned credit amount. If the referring customer does have multiple orders, only the first order in the month will be counted.

Credits will be awarded in groups of 3 and will be eligible for use on the 15th of the following month of the complete order from the customer themselves and their 3 personally referring customers. A Customer may only earn up to 250 credits.

To earn points, referring customers must have 3 unique customers each having a qualifying order within the calendar month. The upline distributor will only receive PV from their personally sponsored customers. The customer’s referring customer PV will not be applied to the upline distributor. However, the customer’s referring customer CV will be applied to the dual team tree and to the group volume of the upline distributors at 25% of the full distributor product CV.

Credits will expire after 90 days if not used.

All Rewards are subject to the Company verifying the sales and accounting for returns and chargebacks.
