 Can I Feel Younger in 7 Easy Steps?

So you’re interested in how to look and feel younger?

Isn’t life more enjoyable when you are loaded with energy, your wrinkles are hardly noticeable and your belly fat is noticeably diminishing? Have you tried to figure out how to look and feel younger, but maybe it only worked for a short while, or it just didn’t work at all?

Here are a few tips that can help you feel and look younger, healthier and happier

Make sure you are taking quality supplements

Meaning that your body can absorb and not waste.Many people do not get enough nutrients out of the foods that make up their daily diet. Add to that, vitamins that they buy from the grocery store are not typically of sufficient quality to be of any use to them.

Quality supplements that your body can absorb are made with the right kinds of ingredients and help feed and nourish the cells of your body.Keeping your cells well fed is a key ingredient in how to look and feel younger.

Exercise, but not excessively

You need exercise to help your body circulate blood and clean organs and nourish your cells, but you don’t have to go to the gym every day and lift weights to do it. You will also find that many energy boosting hormones are activated and released into your system through a good exercise program. This has much to do with how to look and feel younger.

A simple exercise program that you do two or three times a week is normally all you need.  This could be the gym, but it could also be a nice bike ride or a brisk walk.

You could also buy exercise DVDs. There are also great dance fitness programs like Zumba.  Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system.  You can do a google search for a Zumba class near you.

Cut out white sugar!

Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night

Your mind and your body will thank you for it. Nothing ages you more and slows you down like insufficient sleep. Many people think they can function just fine on 5 or 6 hours a night, but they can’t.  A lack of sleep makes all the cells and organs of your body work harder to keep you going.  The harder they work, the faster you age. As well, your mental alertness is greatly reduced by a lack of sleep. The less alert you are mentally, the more you are likely to look and feel aged.

Do your best to eat quality food such as non-GMO or organic

Whenever possible.GMO foods have been problematic for many people.  They can cause digestive troubles for starters.  Good digestive health is a key factor in how to look and feel younger. If you find that you feel sluggish, or have a hard time with your stomach after eating any of today’s common grains such as wheat, corn, or soy you may be a person who can’t tolerate GMO foods.

Organic foods are also highly recommended whenever you can get them.  If you couple organic foods with quality supplements that your body can absorb, you’ll soon see greatly improved energy levels. Whenever your energy is boosted, your mind is more alert, and you look and feel younger.

Eat plenty of protein

You can get protein from meat, dairy, and vegetables.  Your best sources of protein are from white meats as they are both easy to digest and high in protein.However, vegetables also have protein.  And vegetable proteins are a very important aspect of your health, so don’t just limit your protein intake to meat and dairy.

Make sure you are getting enough antioxidants in your diet

If you are not, then get a good anti-oxidant supplement so that you are not building up a lot of free radicals in your system. Free radicals are the toxins in your body that age you, slow you down, wrinkle your skin, and put fat around your belly.  (There are other reasons for weight gain too).  If you have a diet high in anti-oxidants you will have much better success in fighting the aging process. Although there are plenty of foods that contain antioxidants in them naturally, we live in a very toxic world.  There are gas fumes. There is second-hand smoke. Or how about those manufacturing plants pumping out all kinds of poisons for us to breathe in?  Living in the city can be loaded with one toxic experience after another. You need lots and lots and lots of anti-oxidants to fight that toxic battle called daily life.
